1. General Information 

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made on www.bybendixen.dk.

By placing an order, you accept these terms.

2. Products & Handmade Nature

All jewellery is designed and handcrafted in our workshop in Thy. Variations in shape, texture, or color - especially in pieces featuring natural amber - are part of their unique character.

3. Production and delivery:

There may be a delivery time of up to 14 days if the jewellery is not in stock. In that case, we will contact you to let you know when the piece is ready and will be shipped. 

Each piece is carefully handcrafted in our own workshop in Thy. Therefore, some items may have a production time of up to 14 days. This approach is intended to avoid overproduction.

This also allows you the opportunity to further customize your jewellery — for example, ring size or necklace length.
Please send these specifications to info@bybendixen.dk after placing your order.
If the piece is in stock, it will of course be shipped immediately.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are in DKK and include 25% VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment can be made using the methods shown at checkout. We use secure payment solutions to ensure your safety.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped with GLS.
Denmark:
Shipping fee DKK 49,- with GLS to your nearest parcel shop.
Free shipping on orders above DKK 1,000.
Europe:
Shipping fee 40€ with GLS.
If your piece is made to order, please allow up to 14 days for production before shipping.

5. Returns & Exchanges

You have a 14-day right of return from the day you receive your jewellery.
To return a piece, it must be in original condition and packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To exchange an item, return the original piece and place a new order for the desired item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

6. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a piece with a manufacturing defect, we will cover return costs and replace or refund the item. Contact us as soon as possible at info@bybendixen.dk.

7. Privacy Policy

All customer information is handled confidentially and will not be shared with third parties. We use your data only to process your order and offer the best service possible. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.

8. Custom Orders

Custom-made pieces are non-refundable unless faulty. Please reach out for inquiries about personalized jewellery.
