Refund policy

Return:
If you wish to return your jewellery, we offer a 15-day return policy from the date you have received your jewellery. Return shipping is at the customer’s own expense.
Please contact us at info@bybendixen.dk to arrange a return.
Your jewellery must be in the same condition as when purchased and returned in its original packaging.

If you have received a piece of jewellery with a manufacturing defect, we will of course cover the return costs. Please contact us at: info@bybendixen.dk

Exchange:
If you wish to exchange your jewellery for a different item, please return the original piece and place a new order for the one you would like instead. Once we receive the returned item, we will refund the amount to the same account.
